Might not be what you expected...

Dear Cinna,

Not long ago, you were just a mere stranger to me. A kind of nuisance in the
form of a humanoid beast no different from the ones I have encountered in my
journey. However as time flew by and our time together grew, little by little
i saw the sides of you that made me rethink the ways of not just your kind, but
what makes you, well you. It didn't matter how much we were different, you
still treated me as if i was one of your own and called me friend. Don't get me
wrong, I'm glad I as well can call you friend, but calling you as such felt
like it didn't do it justice. Because every time I think of how you laughed,
cried, argued, and everything else from when we first met to the present filled
me with an unfamiliar emotion that tugged at my chest like no one else have. I
want to keep that feeling safe, away from the dangers that would I would
inevitably face by the time you finished reading this letter. Because when I
return, I wish to know the meaning of these feelings. Feelings that I have for
you.
